My wife and I have been staying at Villa Georgia or Villa Mary almost every year since 2011 and have really enjoyed every holiday. The Villas, swimming pools and gardens are maintained to a high standard and are in a perfect position in the village of Gerani with outstanding views. The owners , Efi and Manolis are always there to welcome you on arrival and there is always an orange cake and raki waiting you, a real treat. The Villas are kept selflessly clean by the cleaners, who visit twice a week, bringing local dishes with them for you to try which are delicious and much appreciated. I would score these villas 10 out of 10 and hope to visit again next year.

The mattresses are a bit firm for our liking but apart from that everything is great. This is our second time at Villa Georgia and would happily go back yet again. Glad to see the barbecue has been upgraded and the new barbecue tools. The 2 local dishes supplied by the landlady were very welcome and delicious!!

This is our second time staying at Villa Georgia and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa is very nice, the pool and outside excellent and it is nice to be able to walk to the village, with its shops and tavernas. The owner is very friendly and the presents of food were delicious, especially the soustsoukakis! We hope to return again in the future

This was an excellent family holiday enjoyed by 5 adults staying in Villa Georgia. The villa, pool and surroundings were stunning. The property was excellent and exceeded our expectations.All our needs were catered for and enhanced our holiday experience. Crete is a beautiful island with lots to offer, sun, sea and mountains. The weather was perfect, but what really made this holiday stand out from the rest was the friendliness and hospitality of the local people who embraced us into their community. Gifts of home made food and locally grown fruits from the owner and team made us feel special and welcome. A fantastic holiday, we didnt want to leave and Im sure we will be back.

Excellent property in great location. Everyone one involved with the property was friendly and welcoming. The remote control for the electric gate at the front of the property stopped working, I rang the owner who arrived within 5 minutes with a new control. You can't ask for better service

Overall this was a fantastic villa to stay at. The property was in a great location, excellent condition and the owner could not have been more welcoming. Here is a one really happy finnish family Thank you Beach Villas and the owners of Villa Georgia. Everything was just perfect. More than enough space for our family clean rooms beautiful and big garden wonderful pool etc. We got some delicious traditonal food from the owners - enjoyed it very much We had everything that a good vacation needs. The village of Gerani is little but very nice and local people are very friendly. We have used Beach Villas before and will definitely use it many times in the future. We had a great holiday in a gorgeous villa. The owners were very friendly giving us delicious food gifts. The two cleaning ladies were also lovely and they kept the villa spotless. The village of Gerani is very small but quaint with very reasonably priced tavernas and the people were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return.

This was the fourth time that my wife, friends and I have holidayed at either Villa Georgia and Villa Mary and once again we had an extremely enjoyable holiday. The villas are extremely well maintained, well equipped and ideally located just above the village of Gerani with wonderful views over Rethymno and the coast. The owners Efi and Manolis are most welcoming and ensure that their guests have a unforgettable holiday. We hope to return again next year. Description of property on website is extremely accurate and does not in my opinion need any improvement. Villa was as usual well maintained and we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness and very high standards of dcor and facilities provided at Villa Georgia. The service provided by the Agni Team was faultless and I would particular like to thank Stephanos Vlachos of Eos Travel for his much appreciated assistance.

It was our first visit to Crete and we were captivated by the total experience of the holiday. The villa was superb and the owners very generous. The local people were friendly, the tavernas in Gerani and elsewhere offered good quality food and good value for money. Most of the elements of our holiday worked well. Agnis help and service throughout was first class. We are determined to return to Crete maybe as soon as next year and we'll certainly consider Villa Georgia again.
