I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There is an excellent beach nearby(100 m) and also a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. Punta Prima is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I have felt so relaxed and connected to a place for a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

We had a wonderful time on Menorca - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise seas white cliffs, olive groves, and a host of excellent restaurants. We stayed in the Villa Trepuco Uno which was clean comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the heart of Punta Prima it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars...The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Binibeca, Mahon, and Binissafuller where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Spanish specialties(Paella, Gazpacho...) there. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again.

We have booked this villa 2 times, now for 2 weeks and each time it makes for a thoroughly enjoyable 2nd home for me and my family. Its really close to local restaurants/bars and most important to the best sandy Playa Punta Prima beach. It has a great private outdoor space for relaxing by the pool which is perfect for a quick dip to cool down. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms making it more than comfortable for my family. Everyone in Punta Prima was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Binibeca and SAlgar and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall, a great holiday spent at Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places are Punta Prima and Binibeca. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Really wonderful time and would highly recommend Agni Travel for excellent service. Very relaxing property and neighborhood. It is a 5-10 min walk to almost everywhere, particularly to the beach and near to exceptional tavernas where great seafood and caters are served. We found the people of Punta Prima very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody.

We recommended it to all who wish to relax with their children and spend a great time in Punta Prima. Plenty of space inside the villa for 6! The inside was fine, bedrooms comfortable and air-conditioned in all bedrooms. Great location in the heart of Punta Prima but still in a quiet neighborhood. We took several trips to fab beaches and some lovely restaurants nearby Punta Prima. Overall lovely island, a nice location, and friendly people.Will definitely return.

I would not hesitate to re-book. Near to all the amenities. The garden is lovely. We would love to return. The Villa itself was spotless and well equipped.

We are residing in Spain and our family would love to visit this beautiful property again. Fully equipped kitchen and loads of other things to appreciate at this place :)

The villa was excellently equipped with everything you would need. We loved this place, very sunny and warm, comfortable furniture and beds. We have the privacy we want, the large pool is perfect and the villa itself has a lovely home from home feeling.

The villa was perfect for our needs. It is simply furnished but is very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. There are lots of other villas around but the location of this one just worked for us. Easy access for the bus to Mahon and the car hire place is the friendliest Ia€™ve ever used. Punta Prima is friendly and the beach is lovely.

We had another great holiday in Villa Trepuco uno, and wouldnt hesitate to holiday with Agni travel again.

It was a brilliant holiday location, close to all amenities but in a lovely quiet location. It would be nice to have a spare cupboard for food purchased, and some basics such as salt/pepper/oil

Although Villa Trepuco uno is in need of a little tlc , it doesnt detract from the fact that it is a lovely villa in a perfect spot , and I would return again.

Really lovely area and lovely spacious villa

Ideally located as everything is within a few minutes walk yet situated in a quiet area so you don't hear any noise. The village itself is very clean and had everything that we were looking for in a holiday home.

We had a great time the villa is well located and the resort is small and friendly.

Great holiday! The villa was better than expected. Well equipped with a good pool. There is a good, clean beach nearby. Everything is within easy walking distance; shops, restaurants and bus stop into Mahon. Would recommend the villa and the area of Punta Prima. It is well suited for young families and more mature travellers.

We were delighted with the villa and pool. It was above our expectations every thing was clean and well thought out. Perfect location for beach shops bars etc. Pool man did an excellent job in maintaining the pool. Thank you for your help from start to finish we hope to come again.

Comfortable villa with all amenities in a lovely quiet resort.

We had a wonderful holiday, exceeding our expectations - a beautiful unspoilt island with crystal clear waters, idyllic beaches, friendly people and great food. It is particularly good for families as it is not busy with 18-30 crowd and a new water park has just opened 5 mins from Punta Prima. The villa was just as described and its position on the hill caught the breeze and we could still hear the sea. We will definitely be coming back to Menorca and our families and friends are all now interested to visit too

This was our first visit to Menorca and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The villa is in an excellent location and Punta Prima is a lovely resort. We are definitely thinking of booking again for next year.
