We came as a family group of 20, adults and children aged from 1-13.We have all had a wonderful holiday.the owners are very friendly and accommodating.the villa is split into 4 separate self contained parts so although were altogether had own space as well.it is a very steep hill up to the villa so needed to hire a couple of cars although the hill is walkable if you are quite fit.it was easy to get the bus into corfu town or kassioppi after a short walk up the hill.everyone enjoyed the holiday and would reccommend a stay at villa vasso for anyone wishing to visit corfu.

Glorious views - a special place - especially enjoy our early morning swims as beach deserted , although never really busy . Food and people exceptional at the taverna , boats trips are a must - old corfu town unrealized gem and old to Agni bay by late evening . Learnt to snorkel after 50 because of the loads of fish in the sea - like the movie finding Nemo ! Place invigorates and the pool is excellent - need to have a certain basic level of fitness for the hill up to villa and we were lucky we had a crack driver with us ! Perfect balance fir holiday - only thing fire flies gone by end of June - best time is May or June I think .

The villa had everything we needed for our stay and was well equipped, however the bathrooms look a little tired and could do with some updating, but this is more than made up for by the fabulous pool and ample outdoor seating areas. The views from the pool and balconies are stunning and we never tired of them! Don't let the steep hill up to the villa put you off as the villa and views are worth it! We managed for a week without a car and our group consisted of 2 children (8 and 11), 3 teenagers, plus 4 reasonably fit adults. It took us between 4 and 6 mins to walk from the Kerasia beach road (not the beach) up to the villa (each time it became a competition to see if we could beat the previous time, which helped ?Y?S) and on some days we did it multiple times! Kerasia Beach is about 10 ish min walk. It's pebbly, clear and great for snorkelling (water shoes advisable). The taverna on the beach is nice. There is also a small cafA© and beach shop. Agios Stefanos is about 20 a€“ 30 min walk from the villa in the opposite direction to Kerasia Beach. There are several tavernas and a few bars to choose from. We visited 3 tavernas, mainly because once we'd found the Taverna Galini we returned 3 times as the food was great and the customer service outstanding. There are also 2 mini supermarkets in Agios Stefanos which had everything we needed for our stay (breakfasts, lunch and snacks). We only visited one of them (the first one of the left as you walk down from the villa) as once again, we received outstanding service and kept going back (they even gave us a lift back to the villa after our first shop as we had bought so much and offered at other times in the week too) We would recommend hiring a boat for the day. We used Sotiris boats in Agios Stefanos a€“ they dropped the boat off to us as Kerasia beach, we headed north to Kassiopi to start with, then back towards Kerasia stopping off at few bays which are only accessible by boat, to snorkel and swim. It was a fabulous day out. The area as a whole is lovely and quiet (one road in and out), but that is what we loved about it. It's a great place for families and everyone in our group cannot wait to go back! NB a€“ be aware that due to the proximity to Albania you could pick up an Albanian mobile network, which carries high charges for calls/messages/data.

WE HAD A REALLY FANTASTIC BREAK AFTER GETTING OVER THE STEEP DRIVE UP TO THE VILLA. THE KIDS REALLY ENJOYED THE LOVELY BIG DEEP POOL SO DID THE ADULTS. NICE TO HAVE LOTS OF TOWELS. THE OWNER CAME TO SAY HELLO AND CHECKED IN A COUPLE OF TIMES DURING OUR STAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK WHICH WAS NICE. THE BEDS WERE SO COMFY WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE WITH RENTAL PROPERTIES SO THAT WAS A REAL BONUS.WE WERE LUCKY WITH THE WEATHER FANTASTIC WEEK IN CORFU THANK YOU.

Overall an excellent holiday enjoyed by all - thank you Description accurate - views incredible fantastic pool and lovely local beach within walking distance - possibly worth mentioning the very steep gravelled driveway that needs climbing driving up to access property. Also a picture of the large outdoor eating area at the back of the property may be useful to include in the description

Fabulous family holiday. Been back and forth to the area for 30 years. Our daughter had her wedding reception at taverns agni. We will definitely use Beach Villas again in the future. Thank you very much

We have now visited this hillside ten times five times at Mrs Vassos and have re booked for next year. Perfect for a female only break as area is so safe and friendly. Got to be the most beautiful view in the world. But don't tell anyone!
