I had a wonderful 10 night stay ar Villa Ismini in September; returning to the first villa I stayed in in beautiful Katelios. The villa is well equipped and in a great location. Ada and Dimitris work so hard to make sure the villa and grounds are well maintained and nothing is too much trouble for them; Ada in particular. Looking forward to my 2024 visit already.

The booking through Agni was very easy straight forward, asked a couple of questions via their on line chat and it was prompt and answered throughly, the information given was very comprehensive providing everything you'd need, will definitely use Agni again. The Villa was spotless an excellent job by the cleaner (sorry can't remember her name) and the bottle of wine biscuits was a lovely touch. She also popped in during the week just to make sure everything was fine which was also a nice touch. Also the pool was cleaner every morning by the pool cleaner man who came in early so not disturb our use of the pool, also he kept the garden in a lovely condition. The Villa is in a love

The villa is located within easy walking distance to all the amenities at Katelios, a 30 minute stroll along the main road takes you to the seafront bars and restaurants. Alternatively there is a slightly longer walk along a quieter road through the countryside. The villa has everything we needed for our stay and had great views of the hills and countryside. Ada the cleaner was very pleasant and helpful. We initially had a problem with the access to the safe and she soon sorted it for us. The grounds and pool maintenance man , Dimitrias I think his name was very attentive and everything was kept to a high standard. Beautiful part of the Island. Villa Fedra is very spacious and we were grateful for the comfort of the sitting room in the villa as the weather was unseasonably chilly at night. We didnt worry about the amount of noise the children made because there were no neighbors! There is a wide terrace which was great for dining and for watching the great sunsets. Villa Fedra was in a good secluded location close to Skala but still away from the main tourist strip which makes it a perfect relaxing place. We are glad that we choose to stay in Villa Semeli. The house has 2 very cozy rooms, with clean bathrooms and a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Lovely to sit out at the terrace and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. During our stay, we visited Skala, Poros, and Vlachata and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Kefalonia. Most of our time we spend at Katelios Beach ... sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Kefalonia has become one of my favorite travel destinations and we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company!

We have booked Villa Semeli at least 3 times, now for 2 weeks and each time it makes for a thoroughly enjoyable 2nd home for me and my family. Its really close to local restaurants/bars and most important to the best sandy Katelios Beach(10-15 min walk/3 min drive). It has a great private outdoor space for relaxing by the pool which is perfect for a quick dip to cool down. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms making it more than comfortable for my family. There is a big balcony upstairs with beautiful natural scenic views. We will miss that perfect sunset views and the memorable holiday there. All in all an excellent villa which I can highly recommend.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. There is also a beautiful beach within a few minutes walk where we enjoyed an early morning stroll. We found the people of Katelios very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Katelios were perfect for my family. We loved the area and as well the places like Katelios, Skala, and Argostolion. We enjoyed visiting them often and tasting their local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! The villa is perfectly located.The grounds are well kept and very beautiful Ada the house keeper ensures the villa is spotless and that you have everything you need. She also helps with advice and speaks good English. Perhaps the spiral staircase would be difficult for the elderly or infirm.
