Fantastic villa with everything that you need. The location is great too as its close to town but still far enough away to be nice and peaceful.

Villa Canberk was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area. Everyone in Dalyan was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Fethiye and Ortaca and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Agni Team was extremely helpful & they gave us a lot of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

Its just what were looking for when searching for our perfect villa: cozy, clean, and well-maintained. I liked how clean everything looked, and how the modern style, decorations, and amenities gave us a pleasant stay. It was a really spacious villa and has its own balcony and swimming pool. We spent the majority of our time on the terrace, where we enjoyed our daily meals. During our stay there we visited Gocek and Marmaris and also take tours around the Dalaman region ( visiting local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We encourage you to stop by at local restaurants and try some of the most delicious Turkish specialties. While there most of our time we spent at Iztuzu Beach and Ekincik Koyu Beach, where we enjoyed various activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling... Overall, it was a pleasant holiday. Well be back for sure.

Thats what we got and wanted. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. The price was fair for the days we stayed. Turkey has always been a great place for my family and me to visit. What can you say of the pool and the relaxing area with sun loungers-absolutely gorgeous!!! We also take the boat trip through the Dalyan river - was superb!!! Dalyan is a nice place with a lot of activities to offer for every age and peoples tastes. We met nice friendly people there and tasted almost all Turkish specialties. While there we also visited Koycegiz Lake, a really nice place with full group activities for a family of 6 people. We loved all the surrounding area ( river, lake, boat tours, etc ), very nice people always there to help you on every occasion. We spend a terrific holiday there and definitely, we are returning back for next year.

Just what we look for when booking a villa, cozy, clean, and well maintained. Liked that it was clean and the bedding and curtains added cozy touches of color and life. Felt really comfortable and had its own terrace and pool area. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed the evening breeze. During our stay there we visited Gocek, Sarıgerme, and Marmaris and explored the area (local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Iztuzu, Sarıgerme, and Ekincik Koyu beach entertaining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc.Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

Great villa in the heart of Dalyan in a quiet neighborhood. The villa was exactly as mentioned in the details on the website. The interior design is modern and of good quality and really relaxing. Took several trips by boat taxi to fab beach (Iztuzu Beach) and some lovely restaurants by the Dalyan River. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. While there we also visited Gocek and Ortaca and explored the area (local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...).The lovely Dalaman region, nice location, friendly people, and tasty Turkish food made our vacation memorable. Will definitely return.

Had an amazing 2-week stay at Villa Canberk we have stayed in Dalyan for the last 4 years and love the location of the villa is the area we tend to stay at, lovely waking up with a mountain view. The villa its self well equipped with everything you will need, and situated in a nice quiet location, near to almost everything. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, the beds are comfortable too. Nice outside area with good size pool. Only 10 minutes walk down to the river where you pass a selection of good eating places. Overall a perfect villa and to us also a perfect location, we loved it and we will be back for 2 weeks next year.

The location fully met our preferences to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Dalyan, Gocek, and Fethiye are. The villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We had a wonderful time, the villa has everything you need for a great stay, and is in a great location. Hit the pool in the morning and the beach in the afternoon. We also liked the Dalyan and the restaurants there. We tried very delicious Turkish food especially their Turkish sweets (baklava) .... soooo tasty. You have to try it. Great vacation overall and we are coming to Dalyan next year too.

A beautiful villa spotlessly clean inside and out. Good quality furnishings and decor with everything you could want provided. The pile of beach towels and a water cooler with the bottles replaced with a phone call was very welcome. The owner Omer met us on arrival with the key. He was a lovely man helpful but not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The best quality accommodation we have ever stayed at in Dalyan and will be returning as do many others that have stayed here. The location is great quiet with just a short stroll to supermarkets and bars in fact no negatives at all.

Overall this villa was excellent. The rooms were a lovely size and it was great that they all had ensuite. The kitchen living area was open and airy with plenty of crockery glasses cutlery etc. everything was really clean and the pool was just fabulous. The villa offered excellent value for money for eight people particularly considering we went at peak season. We were close enough to Dalyan town to not get too hot when walking there but far enough away for a quiet night. Loved this villa would definitely recommend it

Our holiday this year was amazing, Dalyan is such an amazing place that we have fallen in love with it all over again. Villa Canberk was outstanding, the owner was very friendly and accommodating.There is not one thing that could be improved upon. Thank you so very much I have to be honest and say that the description of the villa and the pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa looks and sounds amazing but in reality it exceeded my expectations. The villa was immaculate. We absolutely loved it. Great communication from Beach Villas throughout the booking process and for the duration of our stay. Villa owner on hand should we have needed him but we didnt.

Great location. Central to all ares of town. 3 - 5 minutes walk depending where you wish to go. Still peaceful for relaxation. All the restaurants in Dalyan are amazing and the locals so welcoming. Mr Omer the villas owner is a very helpful man. Thank you to the whole Beach Villas team.

The villa is beautiful, Dalyan is great and the villa is in a lovely spot not far from the centre but in a quieter area. Mr Omer is lovely and brought us the only thing we found missing in the kitchen(a tin opener)minutes after we said we didnt have one. Otherwise really well equipped with things like panini maker, dishwasher, washing machine and even things like clothes pegs. A lovely touch was a pile of beach towels in the living room so we could have saved on suitcase space. We booked our transfer with Eos which was competitively priced and reliable, the driver even called on the day of departure to check where we were. I really cant fault the whole experience and would happily travel with Beach Villas again.

Villa Canberk is a very well maintained villa. It has everything and more that you need. In most villas only little basic essentials are provided but with villa Canberk absolutely everything is provided. The villa is immaculately clean and the swimming pool is the cleanest swimming pool I have ever seen. The owner is THE nicest and most caring man you could ever meet.

Wonderful villa, we already knew area, perfect location for us.

We all had a lovely time. I would not hesitate to either use Beach Villas again or to recommend you. The resort of Dalyan is beautiful with the river lake mountains and sea it has so much to offer. The villa was very convenient to the town and had some lovely views.

Good and we are all in agreement that we would like to do it again.

Overall the villa is brilliant very clean and the services team are brilliant. I asked for then to take a step back when we were at the villa and they did it was great.

Could not fault anything the service was excellent was picked up from airport and taken to supermarket to do our shopping The Agni team arranged to pick us up in the evening to take us to a restaurant and picked us up to take us back to villa after . And they kept in touch all week to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be booking with them again The service was faultless thank you so much couldnt ask for anything more

This was out fourth visit to Dalyan and we had a wonderful stay at Villa Canberk. The villa is in a very good area only a 10 min walk into town. The pool and gardens were very well maintained. There was so much room inside the villa and everything you need for a great holiday. We are already looking to return next year. We found a lovely turkish restaurant called Comert Lokantasi (on main road near petrol station) that does very cheap food to takeaway which you can enjoy on the lovely patio at Villa Canberk. A great stay and we will certainly be back.

Great holiday - villa in great location - only 8 minute walk to the centre. Good facilities and spacious accommodation. Lovely pool. Would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends.

Lovely spacious villa just perfect for our family of six. Such luxury to have so many bathrooms Great pool very central location within easy walking distance of Dalyan. Kitchen had everything you could want.

We (six adults) enjoyed our holiday at villa Canberk. The pool was a bit cool (end October) but didnt stop us having a swim. Dalyan is one of our favorite places and the next time we go we will be booking a villa with Agni. Really enjoyed the villa. Plenty of room for six adults and a nice flat walk of about 10 to 15 minutes to the centre of Dalyan. The property was spotless on arrival and despite arriving three hours late we were met by your local rep.

We had a really good holiday and enjoyed Dalyan and the villa. The contact and support from Agni and the rep in Dalyan was excellent. Very pleased indeed and we will be going back to Dalyan next year
